On Monday, January 11, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the 1100 Block of Lincoln Road, between Lenox Avenue and Alton Road city representatives will celebrate the new pedestrian promenade with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Lincoln Road’s Lenox Avenue to Alton Road block will open as a pedestrian only plaza and promenade, which completes the western portion of Lincoln Road.
